Before doing that please check:
That you have completed documentation and supplied photo ID to be fully registered on ConnectMed with level 2 security classification.
The reception team can help with that, but if you enrolled for ConnectMed when visiting the practice you will have that classification.
That you have been seen by your doctor within the last six months (or within a different time period agreed by your doctor).
That we have 24 hours (preferably 48hrs) notice to prepare the prescription for collection, or to send it to your pharmacy.
That you know the correct name and location of your pharmacy if you want us to send it there. Please check with the pharmacy or on their web page if uncertain.
After requesting a repeat prescription the amount owed will be displayed along with our bank account number to enable payment online.
