That includes coming in to pay bills or pick up paperwork. Ring us from outside first and we will let you know if you can come in straight away or wait a few minutes.

To make appointments please phone reception.
You will be asked the following health questions.
Do you have any of the following: sore throat, sneezing/runny nose, fever, cough, shortness of breath, have you had contact with any person who has Covid-19 or have you had a positive Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). If so, you will be put on our Red Stream doctor triage list and you will be phoned between 9am and 11am.
As a result of this call the triage doctor will decide if it is necessary for you to have an appointment in our red stream. They will then make that appointment for you.
If you prefer not to come into the medical centre for a regular appointment, we are providing telephone and video consults.
Virtual and face to face consultations are charged at the same rate.
If you are ordering a prescription via the patient portal, telephone answer phone or nurse, please request that the prescription is sent to your pharmacy, so you don’t have to come into the practice to collect it. Please pay online: BNZ 02-0929-0065014-00
Wearing a MASK is essential when entering the medical centre. This is for the protection of everyone. If you have a mask exemption. please let reception know when you are booking your appointment.
