If you get a positive test result, you must self-isolate and follow the advice for people who have COVID-19.

Although the wearing of masks is no longer mandatory, we will continue to have them available should you choose to wear one while you are at the medical centre.
We would appreciate anyone who has a cough or cold wearing a mask when they are in the building please, as it is an effective tool to help stop the spread of winter bugs including covid.
This is for the protection of everyone. If you have a mask exemption. please let reception know when you are booking your appointment.
You will be asked some health questions and may be asked to wait in your car, outside or in certain waiting room seats if you have certain symptoms.
If you have COVD like symptoms it is helpful if you can do a RAT (Rapid Antigen Test) prior to calling for an appointment, and advise the result to the receptionist you speak to.
If you prefer not to come into the medical centre for a regular appointment, we are providing telephone consults.
Tele health consultations are charged at the same rate as face to face appointments.
If you are ordering a prescription via the patient portal, telephone answer phone or nurse, please request that the prescription is sent to your pharmacy, so you don’t have to come into the practice to collect it. Please pay online: BNZ 02-0929-0065014-00
