New Nurse Charge

Due to the increase in the use of a ‘virtual’ medium such as phone calls and emails to our nurses you may incur a $10.00 charge for your conversation or request for information from one of our nursing team.

Our nurses spend a great deal of time supporting patients with health advice around test results, symptom advice and producing medical documents on request, and much more.

We know that their work improves health outcomes and access to care for our patients and it often means that you may not need to see a GP after speaking with them.
