Introducing our Community Support Worker:

My name is Donna Bottle. I am the Community Support Worker at Dunedin North Medical Centre.

I can support you to navigate, and engage with services in your community, i.e. WINZ, employment, budget services, housing and activities of intertest.

I can meet you at your home to discuss your support needs. You can be referred to me by your GP or nurse.
