Non-Attendance Policy

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you. If you do not attend your appointment, or cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, it is very difficult for us to offer that time to another patient in need.
For this reason, we will charge the $30.00 for appointments that are missed or cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment time. Contact 03 477 7583 or email office@dnmc.co.nz to cancel appointment.
