Personnel Changes Coming for Dunedin North Medical Centre

From January 2026, Dr Anar Khan is shifting away from general GP consulting to fully focus her efforts on Skin Cancer Medicine. This will provide a seamless transition for ongoing mole checks/skin surgery, following Dr Mark Bevin’s retirement at the end of 2025. Anar has been mentored by Mark for the past two years and has undertaken further training in skin cancer detection and surgery. Anar looks forward to seeing you for your skin needs, including full skin checks and brief mole checks.

Dr Bevin’s contribution to Dunedin North Medical Centre has been massive, firstly as a GP and more recently through his skin and minor surgery clinics. We wish Mark well for the new adventures retirement will allow.

We welcome Angela Renall to our clinical team. Angela is a Clinical Pharmacist, and she brings extensive expertise in medication management and patient care, providing valuable support to both patients and the team at Dunedin North. Angela will work directly with you to make sure your medicines help you get better and stay well. You will see a clinical pharmacist when you need extra advice on your medicines.
