High Demand for Appointments and Prescriptions

We are currently experiencing very high demand for appointments and other clinical services. Please book well in advance if you need a routine appointment for medication renewal, as same-day or next-day appointments are only available for urgent needs.

If you have been seen in the last six months, you can renew your prescription without a doctor’s appointment. Please don’t leave it until the last minute—use one of the following options:

• ManageMyHealth (patient portal)
• Prescription answerphone service (option 2 on our phone menu)

Like many in the community, our staff are also affected by winter illnesses. We kindly ask that you help us by planning ahead and not placing extra pressure on the team with last-minute requests.
