Obtaining your test results

TEST RESULTS

To find out about your test results you can check your Manage My Health (MMH) patient portal account if you are registered. This is our main method of communicating test results.

When your doctor has seen and filed these results, they will be available for you to view. They will include a comment if context is needed.
If your results are normal or don’t require follow-up, we won’t contact you. “If there’s no call, there’s no concern.”
If anything requires attention, our team will reach out to you promptly to discuss next steps.

You may also call reception and request a nurse call back if you would like to check your results. There may be a charge for this service.

REFERRALS TO HOSPITALS AND PRIVATE SPECIALISTS

When the doctor refers you for a non-urgent appointment at the hospital or with a private specialist you should hear directly from them.

Your doctor is not always copied into results from specialists, so you need to contact the specialist’s clinic to obtain your results.
